What a place. This is such a little gem of a shop. Definitely worth getting booked in to get your running shoes sorted. To be able to try them on and actually go for a run in them certainly helps you choose the right trainer. My running has changed massively since coming here. Went for the sky blue ones in the end in size 14 too!!! Thankyou

Rude service, wanted to buy sprinter spikes for my sister. The person got annoyed i took pictures of the one pair of shoes they had and got annoyed i asked for other brands as if i knew they don’t sell them.

First time having shoes fitted for me, was a bit like being in Olivanders wand shop. Great experience and found some shoes I think I’ll be very happy with.If you are thinking about going in for a shoe fit I highly advise it no matter how long you’ve been running.They were a great price too especially given the amount of time the member of staff spent with me.

I did a lot of research before going to easy runner for a particular Hoka shoe I wanted. I called in advance to ensure they had the right colour in my size before driving across the city to buy it. When I arrived, I was shown an entirely different, albeit Hoka shoe . I was surprised at the garbled response to my expectation. Every question I asked was answered by Its entirely up to you" (the questions related to heel height and knee health

If you are new to running (like myself) definitely book for a Gait analysis. If the rest of the team are as knowledgeable as Richard, you will be left feeling educated and more confident in running. (and probably with some new shoes). I was able to test around 8 pairs and found the ones for me in the end.Even if your not a newbie go test your running and treat yourself to some new trainers.

Staff member Richard was extremely helpful. He thoroughly explained what style of shoe I needed and why after doing an analysis of how I walk and run.Being able to try the shoes out before committing to one is extremely helpful.I would highly recommend going here if you need any help getting the right shoe for you, especially if you have any kind of injury stemming from running.

Very direct service today, somewhat abrasive questioning by the person working in the shop, i found the way they spoke to me quite condescending and domineering. It felt like I was an intruder rather than a customer. They seemed to take offence that I wanted to casually browse and ask a few questions. Perhaps worried that I might do this then buy online… actually I would buy local over online and just wanted to ask a couple of questions.

Pretty good. Had my gait analysis and shoe fitting which was a pleasant experience. I got to try out various trainers and run on the treadmill. I learnt a lot about trainers while speaking to the staff. Turns out there are plenty of types that help you run depending on how you move your legs.Although I didn't buy any shoes in the end, it helped me narrow down the kind of trainers I want.

I visited the store to select and buy some new running shoes after pre-booking online for the shoe fit service. I had a great experience. Richard was very knowledgable and easygoing. We spent around 45 mins to an hour doing gait analysis, trying on various shoes, testing them out, and so on. I was very happy with my choice when leaving the store, and after a few runs in them still very pleased. Richard also gave me some very useful technique advice that has improved my performance. Strong recommend.

Had a gait analysis done here today, 10/10 experience and left with new running shoes. Very helpful and kind staff. Really benefitted from being able to test several different pairs after the gait analysis too. Thanks Easy Runner!
