I cannot praise Spencer's estate agents in Syston enough, in particular Millie Thacker for a fantastic property management service. I live 200 miles from my father's house and when he had to go into a care home, I asked Spencer's to look after the property by doing weekly inspections - a requirement of the insurance company. Millie and her colleague Courtney went way above and beyond expectations, not only doing the inspections but also letting people in that needed access, sorting out mail and scanning important stuff to me, even removing a key safe for me (well done with the screw driver Courtney!), etc. They have taken away a huge amount of stress over the last few months and have been professional but are also very friendly and lovely people. Millie clearly knows her stuff when it comes to property and I would have no hesitation recommending her and Spencer's to anyone looking for an excellent service. Thank you.

Spencers provided excellent service from valuation through to completion. Toby’s valuation and explanation of the process gave me confidence to instruct them. When I accepted the offer Millie and Courtney were with me every step of the way, keeping me updated. Being in a chain of 8 I felt in a precarious situation but the oversight offered by them both ensured the chain went through without issue. They were both so proactive in chasing up other agents and solicitors which meant the completion went through quicker than anticipated. I’ll be forever grateful to Millie and Courtney for their hard work in achieving a smooth sale.
