Staff made my delivery very easy.

Horrible service. We were using Cannon Hygiene, and they got taken over by Initial.A few weeks after the take-over, we started getting clinical waste bags that are much smaller and less durable. And we are being charged per bag.I can only imagine someone new is trying to cut costs and then show their supervisor they're making a profit".I had to personally check the collecting driver's waste list every week for two months

Took repeat phone calls to finally get surveyor to come out to price up job.2 weeks later, still not heard from Rentokil with price to have job done.Don't waste your time, go elsewhere, we did
