Little London Surgery

Absolutely shocking service . My parents have been on this doctors for over 50 years, they have moved practice 3 times from stafford Street to caldmore Hill to where they are now . My parents have always moved with them and now they in there 70s they get kicked off . Appalling behaviour .... and now they worrying over prescriptions as he needs his stoma bags and medication and they are now inactive . I think whoever governs doctors surgery's ought to look in to this practice as its absolutely disgusting how they've been treated , loyalty means nothing in this day and age it's all down to money .

Worst surgery ever! Been calling their number since 8am and it's been constantly engaged, I mananaged to get through at 1301 only to get a recorded message which told me I couldnt leave a message and the call ended! This surgery has gone downhill over the past few years, as for the reception staff don't get me started on them as I could write so much, in brief they are rude, lack basic communication skills and they should all be replaced! Very bad service from them however once you do manage to see a doctor there is never an issue! Good bunch of GP's who are just overloaded with to many patients!

I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years but have not used it much until recently as I have been diagnosed with Type2 diabetes. I find the receptionists friendly and helpful. Dr Chander is very good. He listens and explains everything very well. Yvonne; the nurse practitioner at Little London Surgery is a real angel with a great sense of humour, she is clearly interested in medicine, appropriate treatments and the well-being of her patients. Speak as I find, I think the practice is very good.

I have never seen the worst help from a family doctor so far!!! They don't answer the phone, ignore patients, and those they help seem to be doing what they want. As if other patients didn't deserve help. The ladies at the reception are very rude and very likely to write good reviews about a job well done. This can be seen from a distance and in the content of their comments. Not blaming the doctors, of course. When will it be normal

Had a appointment for my daughter which was suppose to be 12.45 waited for over a hour was seen 13.45 people came in after us and was seen before us what was that about?

I went in to collect my asthma inhalers today and found out the Dr had blocked my inhalers that I need on a daily basis, due to not going for my asthma review.My inhalers are about to run out and the next available appointment is over 2 weeks away! Apparently the Dr has a duty of care and the best case of action is to not prescribe the medication that I have been taking for 43 years and leave me without medication that I need to take daily for over 2 weeks.Amazing duty of care guys!

I have never had a problem with any of the reception staff on fact they are always very helpful the doctors and nurses I have seen have also been fabulous 10/10

Call them to get an appointment on the same day but line is always busy When do get through women ask you what is the problem and after will tell you that there haven't any appointment.This is ridiculous.I was in at 8 o'clock in the morning and women didn't book for me any appointment. Useless staff
