James is outstanding at what he does. I have been using James' expertise for nearly 20 years now and I have yet to come across someone better. I describe him as my Yoda for all things IT. I wouldn't use anyone else and I highly recommend that anyone needing IT services uses him too.

RESOLVED EMAIL ISSUESBefore I got in touch with Your Digital Twin, I was at my wits' end dealing with constant email delivery issues. My emails were either landing in the spam folder or not getting delivered at all. It was a nightmare, especially for someone who relies heavily on email for business communication.I reached out to YDT and they suggested setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for my domain. To be honest, I had no idea what these acronyms meant at the time, but their support team walked me through the entire process, explaining each step in layman's terms.The setup process was smooth, and the team was incredibly responsive to all my questions. They even provided me with detailed reports to show how these changes would positively impact my email delivery rates.Since the full setup, I've noticed a significant improvement. My emails are now landing in the inbox, and I haven't had a single issue with email delivery.
