My hair looks awful. I have streaky highlights like George Michael in the eighties. It looks so bad I will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. And for this I was charged £80.00.

My Daughter in law and I had our hair done here together as a Xmas treat. From the moment we entered the atmosphere was frosty. She had a cut and colour and I asked for ombre colouring and a cut. My 4 year old granddaughter came too. Halfway through my DIL's cut, she asked if they could quickly trim my granddaughters fringe and was told no, she didn't have an appointment and they didn't have time. Both stylists then spent 20 minutes chatting while our colours developed, no time? My DIL explained clearly the style she wanted, but the cut she got was completely different. I told my stylist that I wanted Balayage and even called ahead to make sure they could do it on coloured hair. Half way though colouring, I asked if she was doing foil highlights and she said Oh

Great local hair salon and as good as any of the top salons in Norwich. Andrew and his staff have years of experience. Hadn't had my hair cut for a while, it turned out fantastic. Great job!

How nice to find a hairdresser, Michele, who works for Andrew, who understood my needs within two visits. I like my hair short and Michele understood my needs and produces a fantastic haircut each time I have used the hairdressers. It's a salon that is quaint, lovely character, all staff friendly, polite, and very welcoming.

Have been with this business for 7 years now. Both Andrew and Hayley are good stylists. It's a very pleasant environment.

I called the salon to book an appointment for my mother who is very hard of hearing and therefore has really struggled with hairdressers in the past. Andrew was so helpful and happy to book my mother in. Mum has been today and Andrew has done a tremendous job, a total re-style and she is a transformed woman! Thank you so much for giving my Mum such a positive experience and I believe she has already booked her next appointment.

I went in to get a pixie cut from having longer hair and I absolutely love the new cut! Highly recommend if you’re trying something new :)
