Pizza Go Go Bristol

Waited over an hr and a half for two cold pizzas to arrive stone cold!! For a delivery driver not to do his job and deliver the pizza's to my door I had to collect them from his car!!That's not wait I paid over £35.00 pounds for!! We called the store about the cold pizzas the guy on the phone said the manager will call you in an hr.He'll no I drove back to the shop where a sexist staff member of staff ignored me and refunded my partner. They were quick to take my money but because I am a feamle they wouldn't handle my complaint!!Keep you cold disgusting pizza we will never be ordering from you again!!We are not the 1st complaint made to your shop about poor customer service and stone cold food!!

Drivers never apparently have change! expect you to pay more for your order as they do not carry change, had to give my order back as I did want to pay £4.50 extra due to driver having no change

We ordered two 12” pizzas and they were alright as they came out of the oven within 10 minutes of ordering. The garlic dip was nice, too. Strangely, though, they didn’t ask which sauce - out of ketchup or BBQ - we’d prefer, but went ahead and slathered one on each pie.At least the sauces went well with the toppings. Good value, even though we collected the boxes after 5 p.m. (pizzas are about 20% cheaper before that).

Ordered spaghetti bolognese and it doesn't say any where on there site that it comes or contains cheese and I'm allergic to cheese and it had loads of cheese on it as well so we rang up to complain and the guy on the other end of the phone was so rude he's like check on the ingredients and stuff so we did and still doesn't say anything at all about cheese on or in it and I wouldn't mind but can't even take the cheese off it either but he was so rude said should of checked first which we did and and did not say anything about the cheese at all so I won't ever be ordering anything from them ever again

Uber eats. I see why delivery is cheap on there. Because the food is BAD. VERY BAD QUALITY. I kid you not, my food arrived unthawed!!!! plus the lasagne made my stomach ache like crazy. Guys please don't go here. Even if you are hungry, just not here. I've attached the food with ice in it.

Awful service.Food ordered turned up two hours later,cold !!Will never use this woefull pizza restaurant again, will tell everyone I know never use this dreadful place

RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!They tell you to come collect your pizza where their parked if they can’t find your house. Had this same experience from them last year as well but turns out Pizza GoGo love hiring drivers with attitude.Only reason I ordered from them was because all the other decent pizza places were closed (it was late night) and the vampire Pizza GoGo was open so I thought let me give them another chance and obviously got let down again.Anyway it was a family night and I didn’t want to ruin it……….and yeah I had to go outside to get the pizza.Once again, definitely never again.

The food is really good can’t complain one bit about that, but the time it took to get here was ridiculous 2 hours almost on a Thursday, had to phone twice and lied to me both times, first time they said it would be here in 20 minutes and 30 minutes still wasn’t here, phoned again they said the driver was outside my house and then said near my house after i checked, ten minutes later still not here, finally arrived after 15 minutes after that!!!Then the pizza was cold and had a hair in the pizza too!!!Far from impressed

Was my regular pizza place after 6 years no longer going to be doing business here.Went Todo the medium one topping deal for £7.50 as advertised on the menu screen behind the counter.Guy proceeded to start the order then disappeared and got the manager who immediately turned off the screen yes turned it off and said it's gone up now and no longer available now. put the price up on the spot. WTH.. Seriously guys what are you about rude con artists! Shocking behaviour! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
