The smell is over powering when entering... could do with air con or something. The door is always closed. My daughter's nails are either very good or bad from here. This occasion they're very thick and unflattering. The colour us nice though.Appointments needed here. Sat down for 2hrs waiting to be slotted in, people who turned up 30mins and even 45minutes late for appointments were seen before her, daft system. They have a loyalty card discount system so that's a bonus if you get a good result every time but if you get more bad then good, waste if time then. My daughter's decided after this that she'll be going elsewhere

Always amazing nailsSometimes running a bit behind, even with an appointment, but they're always super fast and offer a wide range of nails. Nothing is ever too much to ask and their finish is always perfect!

Absolutely brilliant service. Ok it was a very long wait but well worth it. The staff just don't stop! They made everyone welcome and are very knowledgeable and experienced at what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else
