Natural Soles Reflexology

I am an absolute convert thanks to Kate. I was someone who couldn't bear my feet being touched but now I look forward to an hour of utter relaxation and wellness.

In a quest to take more time for myself, I booked a Reflexology treatment with Kate. It was the best decision. I now have a session at least once a month and no matter what state I arrive in, I leave feeling relaxed, renewed and refreshed. Kate is amazing and the cabin is a haven of peace. What a find. I can't recommend her enough.

I have been visiting Kate for over a year now and have loved the professional but friendly service that she always provides. I have had several other experiences of reflexology over the years but I have to say I would use no one else since I started seeing Kate. I will continue to use Natural Soles Reflexology to combat any medical and personal issues that I have and it will be a pleasure to continue to build on the relationship that we have developed.

The most soothing treatment ever! Even if you have no physical or emotional issues you will leave after a treatment with Kate with an amazing feeling of well being.Never rushed,Kate has the ability to make you feel you are the only person she is seeing that day despite her busy lifestyle! Reflexology with Kate is my all time favourite, essential treatment. I visit Kate and her incredibly warm, cosy log cabin once a month and I cannot recommended Kate, and her reflexology treatment enough. I have tried many holistic treatments before and I truly believe this treatment saves me a lot of aches and pains. Not to mention how calm it makes me feel and how much it also helps with my mental health.Kate is very welcoming and makes you feel relaxed within minutes of being in her company.
