Asda Westway Express Petrol

Barely any stock, no idea how much the petrol was as there was no sign to show the prices, also asked if the car wash was going to be back up and running and staff member didn’t have a clue! a long way to come before I’d be wasting my time here again, I wouldn’t have opened before you got things straight

What has Asda done here? So much expectation and so much disappointment. Seems to be filled with more overpriced brand name products than Asda own ones. Cant even get your Asda rewards there either. Staff are great trying to cover for the failings. I here rumour of Lidl possibly coming up the road cant be quick enough.

Was able to get what i wanted apart from milk as they were waiting on delivery prices were reasonable and staff very friendly and helpful

The only positives I can give since this has become an Asda is that the Asda carrier bags are strong and useful after shopping.The staff are excellent as ever. As other have pointed out there seems to be a real supply chain issue here, stock levels get so low before they are replenished because the stock isn’t there for the staff to put out - the shelves are sometimes empty, esp. fruit/veg, it wasn’t perfect as coop, but it wasn’t as bad as this, I pop down the road, but given Asda is nearby to my home, its a annoying that I have to go elsewhere as to what was previously a good supermarket.Other than that, the window that was smashed some weeks ago (now Dec 2023) hasn’t been replaced, and it looks hideous, the 'temporary fix' really makes the store look tired and shabby, further degenerating and making the Asda brand look as cheap and tacky.Thanks again to the lovely staff, all of them are so helpful and courteous, but Asda need to get the stock levels and appearance of the store sorted ASAP.

Much better when it was a Co-Op...you can't even buy a bottle of champagne here any more, just cheap Prosecco. This isn't what the neighbourhood needed.
