Great staff and service. Sorted me out on more than one occasion for formal wear. Orla and the team are a wealth of knowledge, able to advise on style and give unbiased advice when you need it.

I was unfortunately late for my (paid) appointment for reasons beyond my control, travelling 60miles journey to omagh. I was met by a shop owner who had an attitude from moment I walked in. Having waited in car for 1hr 15 mins I had to return back. When I received call, there was more attitude that wasn’t very good customer service. She told me “that’s the unfortunate thing about being late, isn’t it.” I have to admit I hung up and thought I wouldn’t want to give her my business. My fault being late, but drop the attitude.

Poor Facebook page, sales assistant did not seem to know what stock there was and seemed genuinely uninterested. Would go elsewhereReply: hugely misleading. No stock or prices and falsely claiming large discounts which do not exist
