Uniform Direct - School Uniform Suppliers

Very disappointed with my experience. Bought 2 school jumpers in August. The logos on both started to unravel and fray after only around 3 months of wear. On one of the jumpers, the thread of the logo was hanging down the front. The shop were dismissive and said it was not their problem. They said the jumper was very worn! I e-mailed their customer services, who were just as dismissive. They said the jumper was worn and damaged and suggested it might be due to how it had been washed or dried. Their view was that the jumper had lasted a reasonable length of time - I disagree! This is not a company who is willing to recognise that there might be an issue with what they are selling, at very high prices. Unreasonable, not good value for money and no attempt whatsoever to ensure customers are satisfied. They've got the monopoly and they don't care.

Have been getting my sons uniform from Uniform Direct in Lincoln for a few years now and all the staff are really helpful and friendly.Tracy was so patient and reassuring when dealing with my son who suffers with sensory processing disorder, and despite the shop being busy we didn’t feel rushed at all - in fact nothing was too much trouble.Also big shout out to Laura who was incredibly helpful on another visit we paid today to exchange a blazer - she really did go above and beyond - great customer service.The quality of the uniform I have found to be amazing - the blazers wash beautifully and dry quickly too and the navy and white PE Kits wash a treat with no colour bleeds.Thorough recommend this shop for quality of the clothes and most importantly the fantastic staff.

This is uniform shop is highly recommended by me. It's fully hygienic. Because it has lots of space to be in. The only thin I would say is that they choose the wrong sizes. Beware. I asked them to get my daughter a size 38 and they chose a size 34. Awful I give this place 4 stars

I wouldn't of put any stars. But the system makes you.I have have phone put down on me on more than one occasion, and all I wanted to know was where my order was that I ordered a month ago. Then high Street shop is never avaliable. Shocking custer service.

Great experience. My son starts secondary school in September and I needed everything! Used their size chart to measure him before I went. Really helpful lady who fetched me everything I needed. Gave great advice and was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Said if anything doesn't fit to pop it back and they'll swap for a larger size at any time. Brilliant!Also very handy that you can park right outside the shop (Dixon Street)

I went in recently to get my daughters uniform for secondary school. The lady that served me (she had short blonde hair,didn’t get her name) was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She put my daughters mind at ease too.

Visited today to set my daughter up for her new school after summer. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful, They helped me choose all the required uniform needs and I was very impressed with the qualify of the clothing. My daughter tried on the different elements of the uniform and she looked magnificent.Thank you the staff of Dixon Street.

Had to give one star, when in fact I would like to give -2000. I could not get in, though open from the number of persons inside the door would not open to let the wheelchair through. When finally got the attention of staff (No bell or other means of getting attention) They said, whoever had opened up forgot to unlock the door, strange they forgot in 2014. and earlier in 2017. There was no way of getting the wheelchair to changing rooms, so I had to wait till we go home to check the clothes did fit, they did not. Had to go and have one pair shortened. The lad told me, they said to him at the changing room these were the only leg sizes in is waist size.Have informed the school governors in question asking why this merchant is the only place the uniform can be purchased, and why there is no competition. Awaiting answer

40 minute wait. Not able to try clothes on so now have to try on at home then come back and queue up again to exchange if needed. No cash accepted. Do not recommend
