My partner and I moved to Birmingham from the US and while looking for a car on Auto Trader we found our ideal vehicle for sale at the MSTrade Centre. We visited the showroom and T helped us understand the process thoroughly. He was kind and generous, never pushy, but gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We got a great used vehicle at a good price.We'll use them again.

Looking to buy a first car for my son and one I wouldn't mind driving too. Found a VW Polo online at MST so went to view. I was surprised to be left to view the car for as long as I needed with no sales pressure or hassle. Car was tidy and low mileage so I did a deal based on a couple of small issues being sorted. A few weeks later as arranged I went to collect the car. Unfortunately the issues had not been sorted. So I was somewhat annoyed and disappointed. However Mo was very apologetic and promised the car would be put right to my satisfaction and delivered to my work. Which within a week it was by Mo himself. I have to say they certainly changed a situation around impressively leaving one happy customer. Well done Mo and MST guys. Will recommend you to others.Thanks for the serviceGerard.

5 STAR SERVICE!!!!!Where to start with my dealing with MST Trade Centre.I recently bought a Ford Focus 2.0TDCi and have not been disappointed.They have been amazing since the first Phone call with Tee.I saw the car on Auto Trader - after a short phone call with Tee he kindly advised me of some scuffs and marks that were on the outside of the Focus that were not visible on the photos for absolute transparency.After a short video showing the damage I was happy with the car.As the car had done just over 70k miles i asked about the timing belt & water pump which Tee advised had not been done. Tee then kindly offer to have this done prior to me picking up the car for a small fee(a lot less than getting it done at a later date from another garage) so proceeded with the deposit.The next day i got a video showing the timing belt and water pump being replaced.On Saturday i made the journey up to MST, We were tight on time and arrived 15mins before their closing time.On arrival we were warmly welcomed and given the keys to go and inspect the car at our own leisure ( worth mentioning it had gone passed their opening hours at this point and still not being rushed etc). After i had inspected the vehicle Mo kindly took the car out of the garage for me to take for a test drive. Mo was very friendly and made sure we went over speed bumps so i could listen to the suspension, engine etc, we then went down some lanes to pick up some speed and get through all gears and make sure i was happy with everything. The test drive was very thorough indeed.Once I was happy with everything we sat down to do the paperwork side of things. We were offered a cold beverage and sat down and went through it all.Tee explained everything to me in great detail the RAC warranty that comes with the car along with free breakdown cover.I felt very well looked after, nice relaxing environment with absolutely no pressure what so ever.Once the payment was made and paperwork was sorted we where then set to go. Tee even sorted the Road tax out for me so i didn't have to do that in the car before i set off.Tee, Mo and his team are amazing and very friendly. I know buying a car can be stressful but MST Trade centre made the whole process stress free and the RAC approval gives you peace of mind.Thank you Tee, Mo and your team, it was a pleasure to meet you and hopefully get to see you again next time we are around the Area.

I bought a car back In November 2022, it had a few issues here and there the biggest of which was the head gasket blowing, but the owner Sid took the car back and in four days the car came back Brand new engine parts all fitted running smoothly. I would highly recommend getting a car or cars from MST I'll be coming back for my new one soon enough when I pass this one on to the Mrs.Thank you MST for everything top notch service.

From the first phone call to the final transaction, the team has been great. my sister brought an E class yesterday, The entire process has been smooth. Nothing was too much trouble.
