Iv had no heating or hot water for 2 years now they will not help just say I'm not a priority. This will be the 3rd winter. Iv had a mental breakdown tryed to kill myself and got sectioned that was 12 months ago I'm still not a priority

Only interested in your money never do any maintenance jobs and put the rent up weeks after I moved in also property had a rat information problem and was not informed about it and having asthma this could have made me very unwell the house was handed over to me in a dirty condition

Still waiting to have my electrics brought up to date ,on a par with the rest of the flats.This has gone on for 6 years.Nobody is interested,I know it has been reported over the years.One of the workmen has had a look and agrees it needs updated..

It is the worst housing place ever I am so sorry i took a property from them, I would not advice anyone to take a home from them. They want to collect rent and other charges which is fine because I live in their property but when something need fixing it becomes a problem I could go on but too much to say.

Tried calling on behalf of someone. No answer and answer machine mailbox full, so can't take anymore messages and hangs up. Extremely poor show.
