Steph made an amazing gluten and lactose free chocolate cake for my birthday, it was such a light and delicate sponge. It was absolutely delicious, and nobody even noticed it was gluten and lactose free until I mentioned it (so often it’s so obvious and disappointing!). The chocolate sauce between the layers was absolutely to die for, an absolute winner of a cake! Thank you Steph!

We cannot believe how very fortunate we were to have fallen upon Steph.We live outside the area and decided a central place for a venue would be Newbury area and our search began for a caterer to do a late afternoon buffet for 70 family and friends to celebrate our 50th wedding Anniversary party.Our daughter got on with doing her research and was very impressed after reading Steph’s Website and emailed her with many questions before confidently passing Steph’s info over to us, then from that moment on we liaised through email and telephone with someone we found to be so pleasant and absolutely know her stuff ! Her knowledge of ideas when we asked for her advice on certain foods made everything seem so possible to do; We needed foods for Gluten free guests, vegetarian guests, nut allergy guests and meat eaters too ; Steph covered every area with such expertise and knowledge; Even when we changed some of the dishes we had chosen originally it was no problem at all.On the day……..Wow! What can we say but perfection! Our family and friends keep expressing to us how tasty each dish was, the prawns, lasagne, quiches, amazing rice and potatoe dishes and the lemon Anniversary cake was simply the best! Plus the children’s buffet too! We asked our grandchildren how they liked it and they said…….. Yummy!Steph, we can’t thank you and your wonderful team for making our day so special. A day we will remember forever with you and your team being amongst us. Oh my, if you want a cake that is truly sensational, then Steph is your gal! The birthday cake for my daughter's 21st was fantastic, the design was exactly as I envisioned, the tastiest you will ever have, and Steph couldn't do more to make the whole experience a lovely one! If you are true foodie looking to impress, the look no further than Treblestef.I didn't want to have the hassle of doing the catering at my own party so I decided to look into caterers.The initial search was a large task as there are lots out there all claiming to offer a fantastic service, etc, etc.From my initial enquiry right through to the day of my party Steph has been fantastic. Her focus and attention to detail are outstanding.Steph's point of difference for me was that she could offer a Taylor made service to suit my individual requirements. Mine were that I wanted good variety on the food served. I wanted finger food, whilst still offering both hot and cold options. My food choice was Italian and Mexican.Steph offered 3 price choices based on the quality of ingredients. She then came up with a menu idea that split the Italian as a large grazing table of an antipasto nature.Whilst the mexican food she offered were various tacos, burritos and quesadillas all cooked on the night and served hot. The food was displayed wonderfully. The visual was impressive. The taste was sensational. All my guest raved about it. Steph also made a birthday cake. I chose a lemon cake. It was gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. I had nothing but good comments and praise all evening.The quality of the ingredients used were of a high standard. I like that Steph was so adaptable in what she could do. Had I of needed to cater for dietary requirements/intolerances Steph had that covered.I can honestly say Steph and team are my caterers of choice for any future functions I have. First class and well deserving of the 5 stars awarded.Not to mention they are super friendly and so at home in a party environment. They almost blended in as guests.

Steph catered for an intimate family gathering for my sons 1st birthday party. She did an outstanding job start to finish, communication was great, very open to tailoring menus and the food itself was absolutely delicious with lots of positive guest comments! We were also very lucky to have leftovers to enjoy given the generous quantities provided! The kids loved her special kids menu too. I would thoroughly recommend Steph and look forward to using her again in future!

Steph catered for our wedding at The Woods at Oakley this August and I cannot honestly say enough to sing her praises. Right from the early planning stages her flexiblity, friendliness and professionalism made me certain we'd found the right person for the job. Its a tricky venue to cater at but Steph and her team pulled out all the stops to make it work and the result was spectacular, we and all the guests were all wowed by the food, both taste and presentation, and she also made our wedding cake which looked and tasted incredible. Steph and her team are also lovely people to boot and instantly put a nervous bride and groom at ease the minute they arrived on the scene. A joy & pleasure to work with, I cannot recommend her enough and hope to find an excuse someday to work with her again :D

Steph made us the most amazing CSID friendly and gluten-free birthday cake for my son! Steph was so accommodating, she answered all of my questions and she really made me feel comfortable in the process. The cake looked and tasted amazing, and it’s the first time we’ve ever been able to eat cake together as a family! I can’t recommend her enough and she will certainly be baking all of our cakes in the future.

Amazing Keto cakes from TrebleStef. As somebody who does a keto diet for long stretches of time, sweet treats are usually off the menu. Treblestef was able to bake millionaire shortbread and a Battenberg cake which tasted amazing but was keto and diabetic friendly.The order arrived in good time and was very well packaged and with a personalised note.I had to leave a review as I feel like TrebleStef have gone above and beyond.Thank you Steph and Treble

Steph was absolutely incredible! She cooked a 3-course birthday meal for my family of 8. From the freshly baked bread and homemade butter to the salmon mosaic and lamb loin - everything tasted just amazing and was beautifully presented! The handmade menus were such a lovely touch too! Communication was smooth from start to finish. She made some brilliant suggestions to the menu and was so helpful. Not only was the food amazing, the table service and clean up afterwards was impeccable too. We cannot recommend Steph enough. Thank you so so much!! Xx

Steph was so helpful from the very first interaction, the online enquiry form was so easy to complete. Despite booking late I was able to have everything I had requested and the delivery was very convenient. Now for the food… absolutely delicious and everyone went back for seconds and thirds! There was still enough for a packed lunch the following day, the dietary requirements were all noted and made hosting for a family event with lots of needs totally stressless. Can’t wait to book again!
