IMO Car Wash

DO NOT USE, machine pulled part of my bumper off my brand new van with only 400 miles. Staff are awful and tried to tell me it was already like it. I had to force them to fill a form out

The working hours in Google maps are wrong... I got there today at 7pm and it was closed... Waisted my time for pointless travel. Please correct your working hours!!!!!!!!!!!A few months later, I completely stopped using this carwash. The big brush miscalculated somehow and broke my rear middle stop lights (ripped it off the spoiler). I filled out a form and later got contacted by their team. They told me to get 2 quotations from garages. I gave them the quotations, and then they turned around and told me that they think their machine is working great and this can not be their fault, so in a sign of good will they can pay the half of the quote... Be careful there and stay safe!

If you're in kingswood, fishponds this is the best carwash.. they're the best when it comes to interior cleaning. For £15 you get your car washed and interior cleaned

Great car wash although we did have to queue about 15 mins. Amazing can get car washed for 4 quid despite inflation etc. I mean it's obviously not the best wash but for 4 quid it's well worth it. We did get stuck exiting so it didn't fully dry. Staff helpful and very quick at getting everyone through.

Dont let the attendants here near your car. I paid for the most expensive option and found lots of dirt still remained in certain spots they missed such as the wing mirrors, back window and badges. The attendants also damaged my parking sensors and broke my number plate bracket with their pressure washers and didn't tell me about it.

I had never been before and as they were rushing cars through due to the heat I didn’t have time to read the signage properly (which was not clear anyway). I got literally shouted at several times by a man for not doing the correct thing who refused to explain clearly to me what I needed to do. He continually came to shout at me when I did the wrong thing and continued not to explain properly what I needed to do. As a result I ended up having a panic attack in my car after the car wash and couldn’t drive myself home. Safe to say I will never go back there again lol.

Poor customer service- random middle eastern men without company uniforms look uninviting. There is no difference whatsoever between their basic triple foam and the most expensive option. The car is still wet at the end of the belt. The top brush failed twice and if I didn't watch the process closely I wouldn't have noticed it not lowering down to clean the roof. It is quick but not as good as the advert promises

Car wash itself is not bad & well priced.From now on I'll be taking my custom to waves hand wash eastgate - it maybe substantially more expensive, however good service with accompanying manners & respect is worth the spend.Service from staff here is abysmal. Grumpy, surly attendants, who hardly speak any English & what they do not well. The manager tried to open my door as I was going through the machine telling me off for not having it in neutral which I had & that I'd been there before; I assume he thought therefore I should be an expert on it having been only once before! If the attendants could take the few minutes to calmly explain how it works & 'what to do when & what it feels like when the machine takes the car up on its runners’ customers would be reassured by this. I won't use this place again as I don't need to be shouted at by a random person who expects people to get the machine via going through it once. Also I'm pretty sure he would not have shouted if my male partner had been in the car instead of myself.

Used to be better. Now regularly the car has some dirty areas after going through the wash. Usually areas which have not been well hand brushed before going through automatic wash. Dryer does not seem to work either properly anymore as it does not blow from the sides anymore and leaves the car wet.

Used a few times with no issues but today it pushed my wing mirror back and broke a piece off. Staff retrieved the piece but no apology was given let alone a refund. The paint on the piece is damaged so it's not a case of no harm done" unfortunately."
