Absolute life saver!! My boiler broke down and my insurance wasn’t much help, I found Dr Gas on yell and he changed my boiler within 24 hours of contact. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service, every thing was done to perfection and Nayim was always there to help. The small details mattered to me the most such as tidying after himself and cleaning the outside of the boiler, not many people are attentive like Nayim and thats what makes him different, also the pricing was a lot cheaper then others but the quality of work was a lot more than people i have used previously.Done a boiler for me asap when i needed it the most.Very happy with the service and will always highly recommend.

In our experience Nayim is a craftsmen. He takes such pride in the quality of his work and it’s been a breath of fresh air working with someone so skilled, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. He graciously and methodically worked through our quite complicated (and messy) job, and left our home spotless each day. He only took two days to complete all our numerous tasks too, which we were pleasantly surprised about. His quote was also extremely reasonable. Amazing service! I needed a new boiler as the old one was playing up and SNA gave me a really good price compared to what others were charging. I liked how professional they were when they came. Before they started they laid down protective sheeting and they kept the job nice and clean throughout the whole thing. They were very nice and answered all my questions (as I don’t know a lot about boilers). They showed me how to use my new boiler and gave me advice on how to prolong its lifespan. They even cleaned out my whole radiator system with a powerful flushing machine so I had a nice clean system along with a new boiler. I thought I needed a whole new set of radiators as they wasn’t getting hot properly but it turns out all they needed was a deep clean! Very pleased with SNA’s service and I would highly recommend.

My boiler stopped working within a few days MR GAS came and worked solid long two days to get hot water and heating for my children. Very impressed with the service and would recommend to all. Very friendly and helpful and cleaned up after themselves which I really liked and wore shoe bags so they wouldn’t have their dirty feet in my house which I really appreciated. Thank you MR GAS !!!

Seems like quality of service has dropped considerably. Poor comms.
