I read on one of their vans today that say; ‘’Over 10 years of putting our customers first’’. The only thing these people put first is their egos. Never before have I seen a series of incompetent workers all working for the same company. Truly outstanding! Do not recommend this to anyone who cares about their health and safety

It's beyond belief that Peabody as a Housing association has hired this company to carry out their maintenance works, absolutely useless and a waste of time and effort. Repairs raised with Peabody directly taking a very long time to get an appointment with their dedicated contractors AXIS, hence not only taking a long time to get an appointment, but much more longer to get the repairs done. In addition, when the contractor comes to visit a repair, some of the staff are so rude, and in most cases the job is done very poorly. Both Peabody and AXIS, you both deserve to be fully investigated by the government for your incompetence in dealing with tenant repairs.

This is genuinely one of the worst services I ever came across. Whenever we need a repair, I have to brace myself for weeks of phone calls and arguing with Axis. 90% of the time when a repair visit is booked, the engineers either don't arrive or just leave a missed" card without ringing the bell. Other times

Done my roof scaffolding for over 4 months started replacing roof then left it for a month with some ridge tiles missing rain poured into loft. Finished ridge tiles only to find sunlight still shining through near chimney stack. Little contact with site manager.

Having kitchen and bathroom renovations done and it’s been 1 bad thing after another. What should have been a 2 week job now it’s looking like a 6 week job. Theyve not removed the old wallpaper before working on the walls,. They’ve delivered the wrong kitchen and we have not had a working kitchen or shower for 4 weeks now and counting. If we had a choice now we wouldn’t give them an opportunity. Avoid at all cost.

Axis was given urgent repairs job by another Corrupt Org called Peabody Housing Trust! This was where the heating, hot water failed in house from 8Dec until 23 Dec 2022. Axis came out on 17 Dec 2022 installed new Storage immersion tank but did not radiator nipples nor pliers to remove stuck bleed nippkes on 4 radiators so the living room, kitchen and hallway has no heating.Quality repairs.. 1.5Customer service.. 2Reliability.. 1Recommend.. -00Honesty Trustworthy.. -00Parts quality.. 2They need be shut down now!

Great company to work for with a family orientated vibe. I can never explain just how much this company has done for me personally and the opportunities they give to dedicated hard workers. The company retains and values its workforce through all levels and are always giving you a chance to upskill and progress in your chosen trade / field . Axis is a very rare company that still has a great balance with both the corporate side and on the ground workforce and have a open doors policy where no matter what level or job you have, everyone has access and contact all the way to the top if required which is invaluable .If you are starting your career here or joining the company from another job you will not be disappointed with the care and support and progression this family orientated company will offer you .

horrendous experience. Repair ongoing for one year and still no end is sight. They never pick up the phone, and often do ghost calling where phone rings once and they claim they tried to call.They send out the wrong repair people around, like decorators for plumbing jobs I have no idea why Peabody housing use them

How on earth is this company still in buisness. Truly one of the worst I've seen . Needs to be investigated ASAP. So unprofessional, don't bother getting repairs done using them. Same goes for peabody, probably is the worst housing association out there.
