The most shocking customer service.Booked through my site for an engineer to attend between 8am / 12.Waited in all morning and moved my whole work diary around to cater for this appointment. Baring in mind I work away a lot and rarely at home, I’ve had to bend over backwards and cater for their attendance.Gets to 12:20.. no arrival.Contact customer care to find out what’s going on.. for them to tell me the engineer turned up between 10:30-11am. I have been home all morning so what a total lie that is.Also checked my ring doorbell.. NOTHING.The company are liars, and instead of them admitting they’ve messed up they just try and reschedule.I work away Monday - Friday so getting another appointment is very difficult.You’ve well and truly ruined my day.The most shocking customer service.

They have been to our house over ten times. Literally almost fifteen times they have came to sort a leak in our bathroom over 8 month. Which has gone through both the living room & kitchen ceiling & leaked halfway through the bedroom & each day it gets worse from using the shower.They are truly the definition of ****. A second plumbing company was contacted for a second opinion toda. Within five minutes they have identified the problem & the continuous shabby work that ITC Plumbing have done.They work for Keepmoat & you can see why many Keepmoat new home owners have such terrible reviews of their plumbing because of these people. Keep Away From These Cowboys Been On 10 Weeks now sorting My Toilet Out Been running 24/7. They Have Been Out At Least % Times Now Fitted New Toilet Today And When I Came In From Work There Was Water Coming Through Light Socket So Would Not Use AGAIN.!!!!
