I am very pleased that the Plumberman's name came up when I looked for plumbers in my area. I was very impressed with all the positive reviews. I left a message on Malcolm's phone and he soon got back to me to arrange an appointment. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and got on with the work in a professional manner, then left all rooms neat and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly use them again.

I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Full marks and definately one for my future tradesman list.

We contacted Malcolm on Sunday afternoon with a problem concerning water leaking from the rear of a toilet. Malcolm responded to my text very promptly and came to our home very soon after the initial request for help. He quickly diagnosed the fault, and, although he did not have the necessary part, he managed to source it almost immediately. He suggested some improvements to ensure that the problem did not re-occur. He explained very clearly why he was making these recommendations. He fetched the necessary parts and returned very promptly. When the job was complete, he showed us what he had done and explained it to us in lay-man's terms so we could understand.The invoice was professionally produced and, although it was not cheap, the cost was about what we would have expected. (Malcolm had explained the call-out charge and hourly rates before we accepted his help.)We mentioned another problem we had. Malcolm took a look at it, diagnosed the fault and told us he would discover the cost of a part the next day; at 8.40am on Monday he phoned with the price.We have been impressed by Malcolm's professionalism and his care in explaining what is going on. We believe him when he says he wants to do the very best job possible.

We had an unexpected leak of some piping after switching the water on in our property after being away from the property for a while. Soaking carpet in the bedroom! We called Malcom and he was most helpful advising the cost of an emergency call out and hourly rate. He came over very quickly ,within an hour ,and carried out a thorough check of the system. The leak had stopped and did not reappear just to make life difficult! However we will be making another appointment for the Plumber Man to visit on a non emergency basis to check the piping hidden in the walls more thoroughly. The service was very good and we would definitely want to have them come back again to continue to maintain the system .UPDATEAugust 2022We called Malcolm again to come and replace the thermostatic shower valve in the en -suite bathroom as this was the source of the leak. The job involved carefully removing the existing shower tile so it could be used again(we would not be able to get the same tile as they are not made any more) -open the wall to expose the valve and replace the plaster board and re-tile to match the existing tiles (so we did not have to replace all the tiles)!. Malcom worked diligently and did a very nice job , Everything was left nice and tidy and we are very pleased with the result.We would highly recommend Malcolm he is very good at keeping the client informed and is always there when he says he will be there!

Malcolm was prompt, friendly and professional. The repair was carried out on the same day, despite requiring new fittings, and he also sorted out a long-standing pressure issue with a sink tap that other plumbers had failed to. Result! Would highly recommend.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise.
