Very happy with Perfect Fit blinds from Solo. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We had a minor issue with a damaged venetian but it was all swiftly resolved by Phil. I'll definitely be using Solo again and 100% would recommend.

After visit to Solo's kiosk in Cramlington an appointment was quickly made. On the day agreed we were visited by a very efficient and extremely pleasant gentleman to take us through our needs and carefully explain the pros and cons of what we were looking for and took us through the many sample options. He had utmost patience and gave us a quote with a rider that if we changed our mind on our type of blinds to take the form he gave us back in and they'd sort it out.We are really happy with the standard and friendliness of the service so far and if the end product is as good we'll be delighted.

Arrived promptly, wearing a face mask, to measure up and give me a quote. Arrived promptly again the following week to fit the new blind. Removed the old one and was kind enough to cut it in half to enable me to take it to the tip in my car. Good price and excellent service.

We ordered blinds for the full house. Phil who measured and fixed most issues is lovely. Though, a number of minor issues with the blinds but solo replaced them and everything was great. Thier price is very competitive with other providers with great customer service. Definitely, I recommend them.
