Danielle was great with the purchase of our first home. Natalie and I were mid wedding prep when our offer was accepted, so it was already a chaotic time. Danielle was easy to contact, personable and patient with all our many questions.We wouldn't use another firm.

Our family received an excellent, timely and professional service from Natalie when selling my parents former home. Everything was clearly documented, and any conveyancing issues dealt with promptly. Although I live away, this proved no obstacle to sharing key documentation and dealing with my parents affairs in an efficient and transparent manner. Many thanks to Natalie and the wider team.

Neil and his talented team handled our house sale and purchase with consummate skill and expertise. What impressed us was that we had the constant impression that we really mattered as clients; house sales are a fraught business usually, but we were constantly reassured that things were on course, and Neil was more than capable of eliciting a response from our vendor's occasionally slumbering solicitors. To sum up, we really felt we mattered. You can't ask for more and it was much appreciated.

Neil and Danielle handled the conveyancing for both our house sale and purchase recently and were both excellent. They were professional and very quick to respond throughout and handled our complex purchase with ease. Danielle at Howard and Over Ivybridge was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of our house purchase. We are first time buyers so didn’t have much knowledge on anything. Danielle was always happy to answer all of our queries and responded to emails extremely quickly - not once did we have to chase anything. We used Howard & Over for our recent house move after a recommendation from a friend and what can we say... our case was assigned to Danielle Harris, and we could not have been more lucky! The moving process was what can only be described as horrendous, regarding push backs and push backs, thoughout this whole process (8 months) Danielle kept us calm and remained positive throughout with nothing but professionalism and respect regarding how difficult the process was!
