Absolutely terrible garage, terrible attitude,not helpful at all, and to be honest I felt ridiculed because I'm White and the difference in treatment was quite apparent when they was serving their own race which was Pakistani,had no time for me but did for others,was trying to buy oil and was stuck 3.5 Hours away from home after dropping my children off, disgusting attitude etc etc, racist's they are, plain to see, still waiting for my refund, please avoid, thank you.

730 am today paid for items in shop cashier forgot to charge for petrol than ran out and accused me of trying to steal petrol.never been so insulted.rude untrained scruffy staff. A void

Lack of Covid Measures and need to protect public safety. 3 staff behind the till. Narrow aisle to pay for fuel. Visited today. There was a vape company person filling on one side of the aisle close to the till point and another member of staff filling the shelf on the other side. No social distancing of masks. As a customer had no choice but to squeeze in-between them to pay and them I had 3 maybe four more people right behind me in the aisle waiting to pay who I had to squeeze back through to get out. No customers except myself wearing a mask. Shell should at least enforce some distancing room. I mentioned it to the staff behind the counter and got nothing but a shrugged look. I have been getting the system one bus pass from this shell garage every month for the last year and it is a registered paypoint. I went to get a new pass and the cashier had no clue what it was and asked his manager who said they dont do it anymore. That they stopped completely months ago but next to the pay point was a stack of passes and then refused to serve me when I pointed it out. Never going again

Excellent product.Not the cheapest but IMHO the best. Forecourt was clear, quick fill up.

I only go there for cash machine.
