A great place to reset mentally, I can't praise this place enough, great humour ( for me this is key ), an excellent atmosphere and well thought-out workouts that accommodate the newest members to the seasoned pros.None of this clique nonsense too, everyone supports everyone else.Excellent.

Such a great gym! No egos, no mirror posing, dedicated coaches and a hard working, passionate owner.Mixture of Olympic weight lifting, gymnastics and cardio exercises in small classes. The place to get fit while encouraged by the rest of the members.

This is a Crossfit gym and I have been attending classes. The classes range from working on strength, weights, cardiovascular etc. Although I did a lot of fitness when in the military I was never great at going to the gym or attending fitness classes. My fiance suggested we start going to crossfit together and chose this gym. At first I was adamant I wouldn't be going but since then I changed my mind and am really happy I decided to go after all. The classes we have attended are small with only a handful of folk there (probably due to recent Covid restrictions being lifted). The folk here are friendly and helpful. I found the instructors very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They take the time to explain the setup of the class and what we'll be doing. They have recognised everyone is at different levels of fitness and are willing to accommodate those who are unsure/unfit/apprehensive. I have always said I hate exercise but here I am loving the workouts. It is not mindless following an instructor or going through the same motions constantly although there are repetitions of sets of movements. As I continue to attend more sessions I will, hopefully, be able to add to this review. I have only been to two classes so far but can say I am enjoying it and will continue to attend
