I'm very happy with my new boiler, which was installed by lovely husband and wife team Mykel & Maria. Mykel, I have learnt, is a Master Technician for installing Vaillant boilers and it shows in his excellent workmanship and knowledge. Maria is the organiser in the team and has ensured excellent communication and responsiveness throughout. My boiler was installed super-quick and with no mess so our house is now super cosy and warm. Highly recommended company.

Had a boiler installation in my property by this company. After one year, a service engineer from a different company found that the boiler was not installed correctly. I contacted them and raised the issue. They were rude and said that since I used a different service engineer, the installation issue needs to be rectified by that engineer. But I have to pay money for that to get it rectified by a different engineer and it's not reasonable, as the installation was done by this company and they should have corrected it themselves with no extra cost as it was mistake by them. I would report this company to the Gas Safe register.

We have used A&F Gas Services for many years now and Mykel and Maria have always provided an excellent service as well as being lovely people.Recently we had a boiler disaster in our holiday let property and needed a new boiler fitted urgently. Mykel and Maria managed to replace it with a new Vaillant the same day! Incredible service and very much appreciated.We would not hesitate to recommend A&F Gas Services.

We use Maria & Mykel to service our boiler every year. My parents moved last week so I invited A & F Gas to service their boiler. Unfortunately, they had to turn it off as it was unsafe. This left my parents without hot water/heating. Mykel & Maria gave my parents a quote which was great value, the boiler was ordered, they postponed all their jobs the next day to fit the new boiler & didn’t leave until the job was done. We cannot thank A & F Gas enough. They are professional, friendly & will not rip you off. We are all so grateful to them. Highly recommend without hesitation. THANK YOU!

I asked for a quote for a gas safety check and a few minutes later Mykel had declared our gas boiler unsafe and capped all our gas off (including the hob), charging £65 for the callout". This drastic step was apparently required because of a broken flue and water leakage on the outside of the house

M & M helped us to investigate an issue with our boiler that got damaged by different engineer which left us without a heating and hot water for over two weeks. They found a time in their busy schedule to fit a new boiler for us in a few days. I would recommend their services.
