I don’t know if I have been an unlucky customer with my experience today. It was my first time getting my nails done here and I am extremely disappointed. I found it very chaotic, getting passed around. I went in with healthy fingers and toes and have left with battered fingers and toes.The electric nail file nipped and cut the side of my fingers and toes many times which I can deal with but then it slipped twice, cutting the back of my finger, resulting in it getting badly cut. The same happened to one of my toes and both my toe and finger will not stop bleeding, are so sore and pulsing.The staff seemed lovely and I understand the electric nail files must be difficult to use so I didn’t want to cause a scene complaining, but I felt so uncomfortable and it was very obvious that my finger and toe had been badly cut and I wasn’t given an apology. And then I was charged double what I had predicted, meaning I had to run grab more cash from the cash point in the horrible rain because they refuse card payment.
