Twice now I have tried to call in to drop off a dress for dry cleaning. Monday was 5.35pm and today at 4.35pm. Both times your business was shut. However, your business hours are advertised to close at 6pm. Shoddy, sloppy and unprofessional.

Put in a suit for my son prior to his prom. Was told categorically that it would be ready on time. They phoned me on the day to tell me they were closing two and a half hours earlier than normal so if I wanted the suit I had to be there in twenty minutes. I was at work and this was impossible. I called multiple times asking if they could leave the suit with a next door business out of something could be rearranged but just got an answer phone message. In the and took my son to Next in Guiseley and quickly bought a new suit there. Was called the next day and apologised to; they also offered to do my next dry cleaning for free! Ha! Just felt like a slap in the face. Wouldn’t trust them with anything again. Rude, unreliable and didn’t seem to get/care how frustrating their behaviour was.

Used this local dry cleaners a fair few times never had any issues. Quick, easy to deal with and reliable. Would recommend
