Out of Your Hands provide an excellent changeover service for my holiday let in Argyll. Their work it to a very high standard and they are very reliable and flexible when I receive short notice bookings.

I have benefited from this service for our second home. I have found the service to be excellent, very easy to deal with and able to respond to specific requests eg for reading meters, doing laundry. Its reassuring and reliable.

Used the company for a couple of cleans at my mother's house in Innellan . For general cleaning and carpet cleaning. Job very well done. Highly recommend. When assessing the job they gave great advice before commencing which was invaluable. A company to put trust in. David Stewart.

The experience I had with OFYH " is second too non!! Simply the best cleaning service in the West coast of Scotland. Running a large company as I do communication and reliability are key! Having had do deal with other cleaning companies in the past and having failed on getting the highest standard required. We have used out of You Hands for several years now for Lochside At Kilmun and have found the service that they provide second to none!When our property is prepared by them the attention to detail is fantastic, if there are ever any issues there is always a message to ensure we know about itOur holiday let business would not get the reviews it does if it wasn't for Marie and her team!

I will be entirely honest, I have never made use of this cleaning company and cannot pass judgement on the service they provide. However, I do pass their vehicles on my way into Dunoon on a regular basis and have invariably found that the person behind the wheel is a lunatic. When you come to a passing place on a single track road, it is customary to pull in and allow oncoming vehicles to pass if they have already passed their own. Instead these drivers, particularly the lady in the black estate, would rather lean on their horns and make obscene hand gestures until other drivers either pull off the road or reverse back. I can't comment on the service they provide, but given their conduct on the road I would never allow them into my home, business or any other place they might seek to clean.

Polite, scrupulously thorough and with an eye for absolute detail.Our holiday cottage guests always comment on the cleanliness,immaculate presentation and crisp,clean sheets,with perfectly folded towels.All the more important in this Covid world.We happily take the credit :-)
