I brought my car in to have its clutch and gear box repaired and I couldn’t thank Mr Clutch for their amazing help and their willingness to get the job done as soon as possible . Very helpful and will certainly use them again for any car problems . Communication throughout was great and they were super helpful . Sean, dealt with my car situation amazingly ,can’t recommend the company enough !!!!

Took my sons car in for a clutch replacement. The value was exceptional and the service form the guys at the centre was brilliant. Was able to drop the car off the night before and it was completed early and no additional costs which was excellent. Even kept the car over night as couldn't make it in to collect on the day. Highly recommend and the warranty that came with the repair looks great and was very well explained. Will defo take the car back for its service. Thanks for a great experience.

Great garage! Had my clutch fixed by them and a few other bits, and got an MOT all in two days, they did the work quickly and very well. Very friendly and helpful team, can't thank them enough for getting my car back on the road!Good prices for all the work that they did, will definitely be coming back for all my other MOTs

I was quoted £1200 for my repair at a dealership, which seemed excessive for the issue and for a 3 year old car, so I decided to try an independent place. I spoke with Kenny over the phone and he told me he was able to do the repair for £75 and it would only take 30 minutes. He helped me arrange vehicle recovery (affordable price) and the whole process was smooth. I collected my car the next day and drove to work with no issues. Definitely recommend this garage because they will not rip you off and seem to genuinely care about the customer & car

Have been taking my car here for MOT and service for a few years now. Can't fault the service at all and I feel confident leaving my car in their capable hands.Staff are funny and personable and they didn't even roast me too much for turning up for an MOT a day early.They also always explain everything to me in terms I can understand and never try to rip me off. That's all I could ask for, really.

Excellent service. Very reasonably priced. Good aftercare service for warranty. Highly recommended. Hopefully won't need to go back until the car has done another 160k miles

My wife called the Norwich Mile Cross Road branch just before 5pm last night to ask about the possibility of repairing a tyre with a slow puncture and spoke to Shaun Mitchell. Shaun advised to pop in the next morning and if it could be repaired it would be and if not then she could look at replacing if needed. She arrived at 8.30am Tuesday and was on the road again less than 20 minutes later with the repair all done. Customer service was excellent and cannot praise them enough. Have previously used earlier in the year for a tyre replacement and was very cost effective with good service then too. Nice to find a reliable, trustworthy and friendly garage. Thank you Shaun and Mr Clutch.

I used to live in the country, and you could easily find a garage that would be friendly, treat you fairly, and wouldn't break the budget to get the repairs done... maybe even turning a blind eye to emissions readings that just tipped the scale.Living in the city, finding a garage that ticks the boxes is a rarity. Mr Clutch is one of those places (minus the hooky behaviour/ignoring readings). They are the only garage that I trust to service my car as their knowledge, advice, and professionalism is exemplary.
