Buses are constantly late, if they even show up. The timetables are regularly changed and often made even worse than the one before it. If they weren't just slightly worse I'd take the train. Ridiculous.

ridiculous, the bus times change all the time especially when you need to get to college but i guess they don’t care, some nice drivers but most of them are moody and give you dirty looks

Your bus service is a disgrace.Especially the 38 route.Never on time. Too early so you end up missing it or too late and end up running late yourself. Never any apologies from anyone.

Absolutely worst bus service I have ever used in my entire life. If you can walk or afford a taxi to your destination opt for that. Frankly if a group of ants offered to carry you from your home to your destination you would probably have a better experience than with FirstBus. As someone who cant afford to drive, and needs the bus service to get to my job I have been continuously let down. Buses aren’t just late they very often just don’t show up leaving you waiting for the next bus which is my case is 30 mins away. Thank you for nothing FirstBus.

This service seriously needs improvement. They are frequently late, constantly changing their timetables to be more infrequent and poorly designed, and they have a fleet consisting of buses that are uncomfortable and unreliable. For goodness sakes, please stop replacing your buses with those horrible StreetLites and get us some brand new buses that aren’t 10+ years old! Some of the drives are fairly nice however.

Downright disgusting and appalling service from First bus and their drivers. Seems like they’re reluctant to take account of their racist bus drivers who think it’s okay to abuse people of different ethnicities and religion. Even if they pay for their ticket. Not once have a I heard a response back from the company following the complaint I made regarding their driver Jamie.Avoid at all costs if you can.
