Thérapie Clinic - St James Quarter

One of the worst experience ever had in my lifetime. Very disappointing and disrespectful staff ever. I think they are best in changing words at instant compared to the treatment they do. I lost 100 pounds for their mistake and they simply don’t accept and say it’s a human error. Worst case I would no longer recommend this place to any one of mine. I’ve got enough proofs of what they have done to me and would file a case in the customer right jurisdiction. I’ve got the cynosure session from there which lasted for 9 sessions and ended up being useless with bad pigmentation all over my face because of the delay in the products they run out of it. Very very unethical business and staff.Looking forward to what extent they can come over the jurisdiction.Good luck guys.

It's a lovely experience... I was scared of laser treatment at first, but when I entered the clinic, staff were friendly and explained about the procedure in detail, which was very satisfying.. I can see the difference from the 3rd session and am pretty much happy with the treatment.. The therapist is so friendly, listens carefully to the client, and understands the issue. I am very happy choosing this clinic.

I have had many treatments this year in the clinic and everyone has been 100%. The best experience is the friendliest of the staff, the doctors who are fantastic and do a fabulous job. They make you feel at ease, speak to you about the treatments your having. You actually leave like your a friend. Love it.

I’ve done laser shaving for the very first time and I was a bit nervous but Klaudia was very professional and made me feel relaxed as she was chatting to me through the whole session. I didn’t feel any pain only little pinching at some places. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Very professional service.

Had my first lazer hair appointment today , was nervous but Tegan reassured me and explained the process and checked on me throughout - she was very friendly and professional. Really happy with how it went and will look forward to my next appointment.

Absolutely fantastic service and people! Rebecca at St James Quarter did my laser treatment and was amazing at keeping me calm and explained every step of the process. Every staff member was fantastic and so welcoming from the moment I came in. I can’t recommend this place or Rebecca enough!

I’ve had 6 sessions so far of laser treatment on my face and neck now and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done! I’m looking now to get my full body done too. Susan has always been so lovely and helpful and makes me so comfortable! Would recommend to everyone!

I’m getting treatment for the back of my thighs and the treatment is painless and comfortable. Klaudia is amazing making sure I feel good before , during and after the treatment. She is a very skilled professional and such a lovely person. Answering my questions and providing guidance. The location of the clinic is very good as it’s close to where I live so I’m very happy to keep doing my treatment and after that I will be trying other services that they offer.. maybe for my wrinkles!! . Would definitely recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Had my first micro-needling appointment here. I am not sure what the name of the lady was who did the treatment, but I've had numerous treatments with her before and she is just great. She makes you feel really at ease and always lets you know exactly what she is doing during the procedure. I have been going to therapie clinic for 3 years now and gotten multiple different treatments and am always really happy with the service and treatment itself. Some employees (not the one who did the treatment) do try to sell you a lot of products which I don't like but that is just a minor thing.
