Initially put order in to get the quick delivery. Received 3 days later as it was a 'special order'.Non the less, nothing happened bar an apology.The next issue was when the yellow toner became faulty and printed a large visible yellow streak on approx 250 sheets of full colour paper (all of which had to be shredded).Put in a complaint to be offered 1 ream of HP Paper (approx value £2.50) as a gesture of goodwill and informed a replacement had been ordered but would be 2 days until it was with us as it had to be delivered directly to them first.Speaks volumes really.Awaiting the Managing Directors call.

I wish I had not discovered this place. It's got everything I need and plenty more that I could possibly live without. Service is superb, friendly and helpful. Thankfully they are very competitively priced.I would recommend this place to anyone.
