Cool minifigure, fast international delivery & good service. A part was missing, so I contacted them and quickly got a replacement part sent. There was also a detail I missed on another part when ordering (my fault entirely) so I was disappointed about that. Because international returns was costly and they wanted me to be happy with my product, I got a complimentary extra part sent along with my missing part. This was just a free gift on their behalf. All in all I am very satisfied with everything I received and think this is a great store in general. I might buy doc & marty from back to the future next!

Poor customer service! Ordered a gift on 10th may and they didn't post it due to Star Wars week! So it arrived 3 days after I needed it for. Very disappointed little boy. Shame as item was great.

I order from Switzerland (not EU) and it is always delivered very quickly. The product selection of the oblineshop is huge and there are beautiful unique things. The self-printed tiles are of high quality. The support responds quickly and is uncomplicated. Recommended for brick enthusiasts
