Had this company to lay a 10 x 10 flat base for a summerhouse . We agreed he would use second hand brick pavers ( cash job ) as he had enough bricks left over from another job to do it . He did not have enough bricks , was 24 short ,so we ended up with a rectangle missing at the front . We contacted him and he said he had some more bricks and would come back . Now he is not answering calls or replying to any of our text messages. I am now wring this a week later, summerhouse came could not be fitted because of base not level. Fitters rang him up and he did answer and because of their conversation he did promise to come an make it right next day. He did turn up next day with 2 helpers and relayed all bricks. Unfortunately when we checked it next day it was better but still not level .

I was given a quote and when I accepted it was told he had misquoted me and had quoted for paving stones not Indian stones! so it would be more expensive. I went ahead with the higher priced quote regardless as I was eager for work to start.I was initially happy with the work until a few of the stones starting sinking and came loose. Billy came over and reset the stone but a couple of weeks later it was loose again.We rang Billy numerous times and he said he would be back to fix the problem but never turned up, this went on for over 4 months and now he says it's out of warranty.

Billy and the guys done a good job on our back garden.Made arrangements every day for next day and were always on time.The guys were cheerful and pleasant, very hard working! Billy each day also gave me a chance to change design or gave me ideas to what might be better suited.Highly recommend and hope to use them at a later date.Prices very competitive!!
