Seven days,six calls,lies and deciet later and still no action on a repeatedly promised phone call. A phone call for hells sake. Having to explain yourself as a different person answers the phone every time you ring because they can't find a record of previous contact and then given a different explanation to the last person.They have strung us along like idiots and have more excuses than I've ever heard. Completely unprofessional with zero empathy.
