Many thanks to Partica Kingston, from the start of the discussion regarding my daughters Baby Shower Imran was excellent. He couldn't have been more attentive discussing our design. Eager to please and advising how to put this idea together. (not easy), Hannah and Imran put it together with artistic flair and taste. I went in there prepared to spend hundreds for a fancy dress party and was met by to staff members that had no enthusiasm and because of this sounded as loud as a mouse.I asked them a few questions trying to push for information. It came across like they didn’t really care if I was there. They showed me a few suggestions but really didn’t care.Staff need to be trained or paid more or both. If your look for ideas don’t go here!

Thank you so much for your help! Very friendly staff. Not in your face like other stores that just want you to spend money. Partica staff were their if I needed the help but also allowed me to shop in my own time. Amazing range of birthday stuff! They have everything all in one place. Didn’t realise you guys had been open for over 10 years and I’ve never seen you before. Special thanks to Paige and Sophie who were so lovely and helpful. Can not recommend you guys enough. Amazing place with lots of cool staff for your party. Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped me out for a NYE party for 70 people. Highly recommended if you are looking to make your party just perfect.
