Really helpful receptionist, good prices even with price rises. Very honest mechanics, showed us the before and after of the spark plugs and air filter for full service. Have been going for years. Best call them to check if the car is ready, otherwise be prepared to do some shopping at the nearby Aldi.

I had to get 4 tyres replaced which Regents was able to do same day which was great. After the tyres were fitted very promptly there was an issue with a tyre sensor which we couldn't quite figure out why. Regents very kindly examined all the tyres and found a potential issue with one tyre sensor and ordered a replacement. After further examination, the root cause of the issue was found (needed to remove the cigarette lighter USB adapter (strange!) And the tyre sensors started to work again! I called up Regents to explain the issue had now suddenly resolved and I offered to pay for the replacement, they told me not to worry about the hours of additional labour or the cost of the replacement. Great service, honest people and quick turnaround. Thanks!

Used Regent's a few times and have always been professional and competitive with their prices. They won't charge for work you don't need so honesty is a big factor. Would highly recommend.

Recently went here for a service, tyre change and tracking as well as gear lever replacement. They have done a great job on my car and I will definitely be returning for all my future MOTs, services and all things car related.Shanaz and her team were very friendly and accommodating. One of the repairs didn't go to plan to start with and although a lot of time was spent fixing this they were very considerate and charged me reasonably which I really appreciate.Thanks guys for your great service! :)

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, LITERALLY AT ALL COSTS...THEY CHARGED ME £250 FOR A FIX ON CAR, ONLY FOR THE FAULT TO RE-OCCUR IN LESS THAN 24HM HOURS, TOOK IT BACK AND FOUR DAYS LATER THE SAY IT WILL NOW COST £550, WHEN I SAID, PLEASE GIVE ME MY REFUND FOR THE ORIGINAL JOB THEY SAID... .....WE ARE NOT GOD AND CANT FIX EVERYTHING.ABSOLUTELY NEVER GOING BACK AND WILL BE CLAIMING MY MONEY BACK FROM THE BANK..PLEASE DON'T GO HERE, THE OWNERS ATTITUDE IS SIMPLY RUDE, OBNOXIOUS AND SHE DOESN'T KNOW HER JOB OR SPECIALITY.TO YOUR RESPONSE, THISVIS AN ABSOLUTE LIE....I did not have any diagnostics done, I simply said its leaking oil and smoking and furthermore you didn't even have the courtesy to confirm the cost's before you attempted the so called repair.And with regards to the second repair, the owner simply said WE ARE NOT GOD AND CAN'T FIX EVERYTHING..Please ask her.Also she very clearly said I will charge you £550 and will only give a month warranty and if it fails the I will remove the parts and put your old parts in again and keep £240 for labour.Please at least be honest with your customers, you will have to answer one day........

Anyone go this garage for the MOT or change oil careful they’re not doing their job properly and they took your money when you go back they swearing to the customers and argue with the customers specially Asian lady with glasses really really rude swearing to customers Who is the garage owner please check your CCTV camera time 9/10/2023 morning 9:15 to 9:35 between that time starting to sweating me and after that call to my husband tell him you wife in the garage swearing to me she’s a liar lady so you’re not done proper job to my car and she’s angry with me that is not good customer service all mechanic there is no fault but still they are apologise to me Who have a MOT certificate authorise you’ll be careful otherwise you can lose your certificate.
