Very helpful team when we had last minute requests for information. Driver arrived promptly and was very helpful. We had the smaller coach, which was good value if a little less comfortable than the larger ones. Will definitely use again.

We used this company for my daughters wish trip too chessington world of adventures.Our driver was amazing, so friendly and made the whole experience a relaxed one. I highly recommend this company to anyone needed transport anywhere.The bus was beautiful and clean, very spacious

What a great firm. We hired a 8 seater mini bus to travel to Birmingham and back. The bus was very clean. The driver Neil was very polite and and s fantastic drive. I would defo recommend hailstones travel

Minibus up to Royal Oak pub in Marylebone for my sons wedding. Left the Maynard Arms at midnight back home to Stanford-le-Hope. Wonderful driver, nothing was too much trouble, helpful, courteous, professional and so funny , made our wonderful day even better. Thank you. Would recommend your service anytime. So reliable.

Hailstone Travel left their bus (registration HT17 BUS) hanging over driveway today for several hours whilst they waited for a 3pm job. Inconsiderate parking and disinterested management when contacted. Try turning left out of here into road - unsafe due to this poorly parked bus.

One of the best and most professional companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing was too much trouble. They arranged a whole weekend of travel for a large wedding at differing times including a2 am finish with shuttles backwards and forwards. It ran like clockwork, they always arrived early and the drivers were a delight. Ours were Stewart, Damian, Callum and Neil. Thanks so much to all of you.The paperwork was also really efficient and easy to set up.I could not recommend Hailstone travel more.
