I honestly can’t recommend Secure A Home highly enough and as I told them, I think they’re the best contractor I have ever used!We had been struggling to get 4 wooden windows repaired for 16 months and not even the manufacturers, who came 3 times to try and fix them, could get it right. We found Secure A Home because of their glowing reviews and even though it was a tricky repair, they made it look easy and we finally have working sash windows again.Austyn and his team were super professional, did great quality work and were even great with our young children (who became huge fans!). Once the work was completed, they even went round and cleaned all the windows, making them look new.Austyn and Jess were a pleasure to work with. Communication was clear and responses were always quick. They were very reasonably priced and the workmanship is second to none. We will next be getting them round for a new front door. If you have any window or door requirements, look no further!Thanks again guys, huge weight off my shoulders!

Conversion of old conservatory into a proper extension.From start to finish the level of communication, professionalism, and workmanship has been outstanding. The team worked non stop through 40 degree heat some days to get the job done. We had used Austin to replace windows, patio doors, front and back doors and a roof in our previous home so it made sense to ask him to replace the doors at our new home. Another amazing job. With the help of Josh the work and products are great quality and prices reasonable. They take rubbish away and leave everywhere clean and tidy. We will be inviting him back to replace windows as the renovation proceeds. I would recommend him every time.

Secure A Home replaced our Patio Door with a Bi-Fold Door and also replaced our Front Door last year (2022). As they did an excellent job with these, this year (2023) we asked Secure A Home to replace all our windows and side door. We also asked them to replace all our fascias, soffits and guttering.We knew this would be a fairly large and disruptive job, but the Secure A Home team handled everything and kept the disruption to a minimum.The quality of the work carried out was excellent. You could tell they took pride in what they did and we were especially impressed with the effort they put into those small but very important finishing touches.Even though the weather was poor at times, they just pushed on and delivered to the scheduled timescale (see photo). The work was also completed within the quoted price.They cleaned and cleared up at the end of every day so it didn’t feel like you were living in the middle of a building site at the end of the day.The whole process from the initial contact, the survey, product selection, installation and payment was very painless. They kept us informed at every stage and just got one with it. You could tell that they worked really well together as a team.All the products are fully guaranteed. We contacted Secure A Home regarding our front door which was installed last year (2022) as the handle was getting stiff. They came out straight away and fixed it. So there doesn’t appear to be any issue with their after service.There is a couple of points to note. Payment is made by bank transfer only and you may need to get a bulk order of biscuits in.We have already recommended them to one of our friends and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. They really took the stress out of what was an unavoidably disruptive situation.
