Awful meal.The well-done steak was very very rare, though the staff offered to cook it some more the damage was already done as the blood oozing from it put my partners dad off from eating it.The small fish was very thin and mostly batter, which was very overcooked and dry.Staff weren't overly concerned with this and made no attempt to remedy our sub-standard meal.It's very noisy in here, so if you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind, this isn't the place for you.

Good pub. Big plus was staff doing age checks. Good to see. Food was not the best but acceptable. Staff were friendly and overall a good experience. Would use again if in the area.

This was a fantastic pub to go for a drink at, with a warming design appropriate for its seaside location! This is contributed to by the logs and firmness, staff were friendly too and the counter is smartly presented. I had a Double Spiced Gold with Lemonade, sitting comfortably at a solo table!

Was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and outdoor areas in this pub. Definitely one of the better spoons. The outdoor area is a lovely spot late afternoon with the sun streaming down. Large selection of drinks and OK food.

Always a good time, nice food and drinks as a standard from wetherspoons. Good service, very spacious pub, great indoor and outdoor places, enjoyable all year round.

Service was great, but that was it. Food was below average - wet burger buns, missing items from plate, cold chips. Atmosphere and clientel here was very poor. There were people very clearly very intoxicated at midday on a Thursday, very loud and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. It was obvious to the staff but they did not say anything. I know this is a Wetherspoons and I know you get what you pay for" but this was genuinely a terrible experience."

Fairly standard Wetherspoons ultimately let down by an unpleasant manager.She really needs to learn basic people skills and customer service.Wetherspoons should send in some secret shoppers to witness the shocking customer service given by this individual.Certainly not service with a smile in this place.

It's always clean in here, staff are really helpful. Food is good quality for a spoons. Can't complain, we come back pretty regularly.
