Went with friends for the first time as in London. Cocktail bar? felt like a nightclub. Got in quite quickly - must have been early as no door fee, pretty busy downstairs already. Immensely displeased with the service. Asked for 3 single drinks, a vodka and soda, a whiskey and coke and a Jack Daniels and coke.... barman charged us £41.95!!!!! Questioned this immediately and told that was the correct price - served us 3 x doubles. Said I asked for singles, he argued with me. I'd only had a couple of drinks out, and knew what I had asked for. After some debate, he poured us the correct drinks and the bill reduced to £21.95.I wonder how often that happens and people don't monitor what they are paying and drinking. Music was OK and vibe was good, service was fast - aside from that.

The music in the Soho branch is the best of the Be At One’s I have been to so far! I have a lovely night out with my mum whenever we come here. There’s a really nice atmosphere at this location. Deffo recommend.

Roland was great! Somehow he kept up dancing with the fun music and pouring all the two for one drinks and making sure we knew we were being served! Loved it can’t wait to come back :)

So overpriced! Had to wait ages to queue outside to them be told by the girl at the door it was a £15 each entry per person. We are very confused as to why we had to pay as no other be at one's require an entry free? The girl was then quick to say I'll drop it down to £10 each instead". Then the drinks themselves were so expensive too

OVERHYPED..OVERRATED nightlife…We stood in queue for 1 hour where hundreds went in and came out. Firstly they were charging £20 pp for entry on friday night, purposely making you wait for so long and creating hype. We got fooled too, thought the queue was worth it.When we went inside, the club was empty which means they can fit in people but still making them stand outside for no reason. The music was ok, when we asked DJ to play some viral songs he said they were played already. Like WTH, you make people stand in queue till 1am but play all good songs before that..woww..If you want to enjoy nightlife, do not go to this place and waste time and money standing in queue. Either get in free, as it is not worth the £20.Will not visit again. I wish I could ask for refund, as it was our last night in Soho we feel so dissatisfied we chose this place.

We had a work event at the venue for the 2nd year running.The staff behind the bar were so rude off with some of my colleagues it’s ridiculous.The also have a whole stack of glasses balancing on the edge of the bar which is just an accident waiting to happen. Unfortunately it did, one of my colleagues stepped back while I was standing at the bar which made me move back and my shoulder touched the glasses and we had this cascade of glasses hitting the floor while I made an attempt to catch them.I was then asked to leave while they viewed the CCTV to see if I’d had too much to drink which I know I hadn’t.The manager Angelo then came outside and said sorry you can come back inside.By this point I was upset as it had changed my mood, then the barman comes up to me and says I suggest you have some water!!At that point I lost it, I made a complaint about the way they treated me and my colleagues all night.Also how dangerous the glasses are on the end of the bar, he wouldn’t acknowledge the glasses shouldn’t be there and wouldn’t give me the male colleagues name either.Also the fact that the barman having fun earlier with his female colleague was throwing ice in the air and hit me in the eye which was painful and not normal behaviour.Overall wouldn’t recommend going to this place as they don’t understand how to treat people with respect.I would love someone in senior management to contact me to discuss this further.

Lovely spacious be at one. Shame they had a new staff member doing the cocktails on her own. Took about 30 min for a round of 5 drinks. But she was lovely. Drinks are great as usual

Shocking. Paid for a table for the evening for 8:30pm with my work colleagues. Arrived to be told “table booking does not guarantee entry and too many guys not enough girls”. We questioned this, some useless manager came out saying he will not overturn his doorman’s decision. This company happy to take your money online and not honour it. Never been in and never will. Poor company poor management and shocking policies if you a male with friends (times has not changed for Be At One)
