Had a great experience conducted through one of the agents named Kat/Ecterina. Had my belongings in storage while I was out of the country for 9 months. Kat was diligent, professional and friendly throughout my 9 month contract. I have since moved all possessions out of storage and received my deposit back. 5 stars, thanks for the excellent service.

Daniel was an absolute legend. We came in right before it closed with no unit pre-arranged. We were in a pickle as one with another company had fallen through last minute and we had no where to store our things. Daniel stayed an hour past close to help us out, provided great service and really saved our butts! Deserves a pay rise if you ask me ;)
