Core 300 - Tamworth

Love this gym…..I joined 6 months ago and can honestly say it’s had a massive positive impact on my physical and mental health. The sessions are fun and varied but at the same time the fantastic coaches know how to push you to reach your personal goals.I would not hesitate in recommending Core300 to anybody who wants to get in shape.

I don’t know where to start in saying how grateful I am to this gym and how much I love coming here. I have tried gyms in the past but always felt self-conscious. The environment at core is totally different it’s fun, open, relaxed and judgement free. The coaches are brilliant and very supportive of any abilities, making classes fun while also pushing you to achieve. You receive loads of information on nutrition to not just work out but learn what is good for your body. It was very daunting joining a gym and doing classes but I honestly would not look back or go anywhere else. I have also made as a bonus a brilliant group of friends. I can’t recommend core 300 enough.

Core300 has without a doubt changed my life. The coaches and the members make the gym. The classes are so varied no two sessions are the same. I never thought I’d wake at 5.30am to go to the gym 5 times a week. (There are loads of classes through the day and evening) I couldn’t live without this place now, it’s a part of my routine.

What can I say about this amazing place that hasn’t already been said? I joined the 6 week programme with the intention of losing a bit of weight for a holiday. I’d stopped playing rugby after back surgery and I wasn’t happy with what I saw in the mirror. I’d always struggled for motivation, my nutrition was poor and I was always making excuses to myself. Fast forward a year and a half and I’m still here! Dropped a couple of trousers sizes, built muscle I never thought I’d see, and have even been able to return to playing the sport I love- all because of core! I love the coaching, the sessions, the support, and most of all the community of amazing people I’m a part of. The structure and mentality of this gum really does work, and it makes a true one of a kind! I’d recommend Core300 to anyone in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Gym with brilliant instructors. If you’re looking for a gym where you get a great mix of classes, at times throughout the day with genuine support from the instructors and the owner then this is the place for you. It’s a great community to be part of no matter what level you’re at, what your goals are or how much time you can commit.

After giving up Rugby due to age/injuries, I tried a few different gyms to keep myself active, but never quite made any of them stick. Core is a different type of animal in all the right ways.I joined in March and it was the best thing I did. The Six Week Challenge was an ideal way to dip my toe in the water, but based on the great short term results I saw, I signed up to stay on permanently before the six weeks were even complete. Six months later I’m still loving it, and sold on committing to the process, seeing continued weight loss and solid strength gains.Brilliant variety of class driven sessions and times to suit. Highly knowledgeable, approachable and innovative coaches, and the members are hugely supportive, with a very social approach to a common goal. I have gained a number of great training partners who 6 months ago I didn’t even know. There are also regular team challenges available to participate in to keep things competitive if that’s what you want.It is a first class environment to improve your physical fitness and mental well-being. Whether you want sheer cardio based conditioning classes, the balance of S&C, or straight up strength based sessions, it’s all there.

I have been attending Core 300 Tamworth for the last 12 months and I can honestly say that I have never found a gym so welcoming and motivational. Dave and his team have an immense amount of knowledge and experience to ensure you fully benefit from their sessions. I myself have never felt as fit as I do now which recently enabled me to complete my first ever Hyrox which is one of the worlds most challenging events. There is no posers at this gym, it’s full of fantastic members who have become great friends.

Core 300 really is a unique and special Gym experience. I usually find the gym a daunting and overwhelming place, but since day 1 at Core I never felt either of those things. I’d never done a deadlift, used the squat rack or even put on a pair of boxing gloves before joining Core - but none of that mattered because even if you’re brand new to it all, the coaches (and members) are there to support you all the way - it’s a genuine family feel. Even in a class full of people, it still feels like you’re getting 1-on-1 personal training at times which just doesn’t happen at other Gyms. The classes are varied, the coaches all have their own style and it’s clear that a lot of hard work has gone in to creating a positive and enjoyable environment. I’d recommend Core to absolutely anyone!
