This is the worst service I have ever used. Each week we are put off. If we phone on a Monday to book for a Sunday we are told to phone back another time. When we do, we are told we will get a call back. I only use this service on a Sunday and in the course of a month, I am lucky to get 1 trip. The people in the office are rude. No I don't phone them my husband does. When the bus turns up to take us, I am often only one of two passengers. I just want to know how it is that this service is only available to me for one Sunday each month. While my friend gets her service every week and in between times too.The drivers are great. I wish another bus organisation would take your company over.You need to start serving the community better.Paisley

I have Travelled on My Bus for quite a few years now I travel every Wednesday to my Club in Hurlford from Galston and occasionally to Morrisons in kilmarnock I have Always found the Drivers Courteous and Helpful yesterday on my way home I dropped my Bus pass on the bus and did not realise until I got into my house to look for it to Put in my purse. As I normally do .so I rang Diane in the office to explain she said not to worry she would notify the Driver James and if he could not find it she would order me another one.Lo!!and behold !! this morning Thursday James arrived at my door with the Pass I am so grateful Ifelt this was going above and Beyond being Helpful just to say thank you OnceAgain Marjorie x

My bus is a valuable asset and handy for people who have disability and need some extra support to access their community. The only issue that the average wait for a call to enquire is about 45 minutes, if they pick up the phone at all. They need to sort this out to make the service accessible by everybody.

This is one of the best services that SPT run,without it most of us would be prisoners in our own homes, drivers are superb nothing is a problem to them and they work very hard to the schedules set out for them,I also feel drivers do not get enough appreciation of what they do.Keep up the good work MYBUS.

Hi there its a good service but the only thing is that when you try to phone for a booking it's impossible to get through. For example, I phoned today for my usual Wednesday block booking I called 24 times in an hour and still no response from them so I'll have to try again tomorrow morning but if I get through they won't be able to get the times I need cause it needs to be after 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon for advanced bookings that I've had for the last few months without any problems but for some reason I have not been able to get through and if I don't get any times. It will cost me £6 50 down and same back home as I'm disabled and it's to get me to the STROKE CLUB I DON'T REALLY HAVE ANY SPARE MONEY FOR TAXI SERVICE. SO I'M GOING TO BE STUCK IN THE HOUSE AGAIN YOU NEED TO PUT MORE PEOPLE IN THE BOOKING OFFICE FOR WHEN ITS BUSY ON THE PHONES. DON'T KNOW HOW I CAN'T GET A TIME AS THE BUS RUNS EMP MOST DAYS. The Office staff are great particularly Diane and they are always so helpful and accommodating.The Bus drivers are so cheery and helpful.Bear in mind it’s a free service and we should be greatfull. They have helped me immensely by helping me integrate back into society after this awful Pandemic which is still on going. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful job that they are all doing. After being stuck in since the beginning of lockdown. twice I have tried to book a journey to be told you will be informed the afternoon before you travel no matter how far in advance you try to book I depend on my carer to come with me I can't ask her to change her schedule at such short notice. On a Wednesday we could book to go to clydebank spt stopped that too the girls who answer the phone are absolutely brilliant. The worst of covid is over so when are we going to be able to start living again the girl on the phone couldn't say if and when the service will return to normal we haven't been sent any information regarding this service spt should be keeping the service users updated and not leave it up to the people who answer the phone. I wonder if our genuine concerns will receive a response from SPT I wait with intrest

I am disabled having had a stroke band now have poor mobility Ann sight affected as stroke affecte optic nerve I am totally dependent on this service for appointments however more and more I call up and can only beget journey one way!!!!!! So I’m disabled. My bus can drop me off st dentist but not bring me home ...... do I magic myself home honestly
