Been trying to contact this company for emergency call-out for octogenarian parent’s broken stairlift, 1 parent stuck upstairs and the other stuck downstairs.Family finally made contact 24 hours, after many calls later to arrange electrician to attend, this is not acceptable as this is only contact provided for emergency support.
