The Slough dealership lacks serious customer care , took in my van for Mot in September 2022 with a damaged light which I highlighted on dropping it off when I collected was told it passed without changing the light took it in this year with same light and got called to say its going to fail I asked if any law had changed in the last 12 months was rudely brushed off , recalling last year I kept on calling to find out if it was ready for collection was told its about to go in around 2ish even though had dropped it at 8 within about 20 minutes was called back that it was ready which makes me wonder if a proper inspection was done or just a paper exercise to pass it , looking at the duplicate report I got last week nothing was mentioned about the light which makes me wonder how many Mots are being conveniently passed without proper inspection, on collection last Friday tried to ask the lady at the reception what had gone wrong she was proper rude and arrogant , I will never go to the slough branch , I've used St Albans many times they are as good as Gold . DVSA might need to review the slough Mot's something is not adding up , the worst nissan dealership

I bought a 10 year old Qashqai privately and was keen to get it looked at by the specialists at Ancaster as soon as I could. They did a brilliant job including sending me a video of the car and the person working on it talking about what they had found. The quality of the work was first-class but without the high-end costs - all very competitive but you have the reassurance of knowing that no-one knows more about your Nissan than they do. The follow up was great too and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Went in to speak with someone regarding my current Nissan Micra/ finance plan and met with Stuart. He was amazing! He talked through the options available to me, showed me different cars, was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you Stuart!

Good service as always, sorted out my brakes and suspension that was an advisory from its MOT. All the noise from beneath the car has all gone.its like driving a different car.Thank you.

Incredible service and extremely kind staff at Ancaster Nissan Slough.I don’t normally leave reviews but they couldn’t have been more helpful and even washed my car as it had been stuck under a tree all week and was covered in sap and bird poo.Any issues in the future and when it comes to getting a new car we will be returning to Slough.Thank you.

I booked 3 different services both free and paid services, however I received a call the day before the visit and was told the checks will only consist of a tyre check and nothing else (contrary to what the Nissan website says) so I should either book a full service or should she can cancel the appointment??This is a zero star review!!

I took recently my car to Ancaster Nissan Slough with a big problem on the engine. I can’t thanks enough Mark who dealt with it and resolved all the issues, and I have now a brand new engine.
