IMO Car Wash
Never had a problem like a lot of the reviews on here, car always comes out clean just need to spend 15 minutes afterwards with a microfibre cloth drying it properly. Also can’t moan as get a free triple wax wash every month after buying car insurance

IMO Car Wash
Been here loads of times but the last 2 times I've been here it's been like they lost interest, car comes out mucky still, they stopped the pre scrub they used to do, the back of the car looks like I never even went through. Definitely not an ultra HD standard wash. £12 wasted.

Absolutely appalling job done… used a AA voucher for a half price clean on a ultra clean…..got half a job done.. no pre wash no wheel wash seems you get ripped off here …… glad I didn’t pay full price ….

Scratched alloys horrifically on one side of van.No one to contact to make a complaint or claim.Not interested one bit.Identical scratches on both wheels perfectly inline with each other

Paid extra for the so called triple shampoo ultimate wash. I came out and my wheels were still dirty and bug marks left on the front bumper. I drove straight back in and was met with attitude. Was told I would need to pay again if I wanted it cleaner. It's a convenient carwash but service & quality are poor.I won't go back.

Horrible service. I went there on a day it was raining a little. The guy shouted at me to hurry up and then aggressively shouted instructions at me, when I asked why, he said because it was raining. I paid for the more expensive wash but because he didn’t want to get wet in the rain, he didn’t spray my car properly before it went through. My car left still dirty and I felt upset as he was incredibly rude. I will never go there again!

IMO Car Wash
Such an inconsistent car wash, usually use it twice a month, sometimes I'll pay for the ultra HD but get no pre-wash or snow foam, other times I'll pay for triple foam and get the full works - pre-wash, snow foam, wheels and windscreen cleaned... usually have to spend 10 minutes after with a microfibre cloth drying my car and always find dirt still on the car.

Paid for triple foam for £6.50 and didnt even get a pre wash. Car wash attendant was very rude and rushed people. Checked car after the wash and the car was still dirty.

Was OK, but I do wish they spoke more English....I was trying to ask them something and I an afraid if these car washes so it was a bit difficult. The wash was good and I do use it regularly and before anyone says I am discriminating,I'm not, would just like to explain to them.
