DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CLOWNS !! After sales is shocking ,if you have a problem they dont want to know,nobody has a clue what's happening you get past round from pillar to post ,you receive no communication or updates unless you ring them to find out the person you were dealing with has left or is on holidays.Trying to get your car booked in takes months and if you think your getting a courtesy car forget about it they have 2 for all of the charles hurst garages. Complete bunch of amateurs never will I recommend or be back trough there doors.

Great sales and aftersales care from the team at Charles Hurst. Dealt with Robert Cooper at Premium Direct, who was great in sorting me with my new car and following up when I reported an issue a few months in. I reached out to Robert to find if the car was covered by warranty and I was immediately put in touch with Richard in Servicing. The car was sorted within a few weeks with minimal fuss and I avoided what would likely have been a hefty bill elsewhere. Thanks for the help and would highly recommend!

I’ve just read a few of the latest reviews of buying from Charles Hurst. I fully agree with one where Scott Woods was praised for the high quality of the service received. I fully agree with this assessment. From my first telephone enquiry about a particular car, to the completion of the deal, I was dealt with in a very professional and courteous manner. All details of purchase were carefully explained by Scott who answered every question with patience and respect.
