We had the most positive experience when we recently used Belowground for our screw piling and foundations. Alistair who handled our project was very professional and couldn’t have been more helpful from initial advice and quote to site surveys and design right through to completion. He made the process seamless and easy liasing with our engineer and construction team and we really felt we were in good hands. The team carrying out the work on site were tidy methodical and very professional and a pleasure to have working on a key part of our renovation. We have been so impressed with this company and the teams that are a credit to it. Thank you Belowground for making what initially felt like a big undertaking feel stress free and uncomplicated.

Absolutely appalling customer service. After agreeing to undertake a project, they became completely unresponsive by email or phone leaving us to arrange a replacement contractor with less than 1 week’s notice. This is setting our project back considerably as it is foundation work. At least have the common courtesy to let a customer know that you can’t deliver a job or no longer want to.Do not put your trust in this company, they will let you down.

Ali and his team have done 6 piling jobs including 2 piled reinforced ground slabs for us, they are efficient and professional .The piling teams turned up on time and finished ahead of schedule .
