Quite honestly, the worst chemist I’ve ever had to use. They never have the medication you need and the staff treat the place like a gossip house. One particular member of staff is extremely rude and ignorant and thinks it’s acceptable to start a full blown argument with another member of staff in front of customers. Disgusting, immature, and quite simply they can’t be bothered.

Worst chemist ever. I've been there a couple of times & was servered by the same woman. Who was the most miserable & annoying person I've encountered. She couldn't crack a smile if she tried. Not at all friendly. She had to strain herself to say thank you when I left. She just radiates misery. Why is she even allowed to deal with customers. The rest of the staff aren't much better either....

Absolutely amazing service today. Went in with a query, seen by the pharmacist within 3 minutes, established medication needed within 60 seconds.Patient had never had medications prescribed before so they needed some details. As we were in a hurry to make another appointment, they took the details and did all the hard work while we attended to our other obligations and on returning to the pharmacy a short time later, everything was ready. Best pharmacist I've been to in years, absolutely amazing! Thank you all for your hard work.

I give one star because I can't give 0. In all honesty I don't like to complain, but this is the 3rd month on a run that they have blatantly lied to my face and said the script hadn't been sent over, I called the Dr's who checked their records only to be told that the chemist collected them yesterday all 4 items, the Dr's receptionist even told me what time they were collected...Truly awful.

I ordered medicines in advance, for over 4 days I tried to get my medicines to no avail, I argued on day4 and they said, it's not there, I said, the surgery assures me it is. They then, after half hour, brought out my scripts, sorry all out of stock. I went to another pharmacy and got them in under 10 min. Avoid this place if you can

Lovely friendly staff, but trying to call them is an utter pain, especially when they answer and cut you off. I know you may have busy periods, but 5 days trying to get through is not good customer service, especially when you have run out of vital medication.

Very ignorant staff. Terrible service and professional liers.Told me that my prescription was not ready as they just received it from the Doctors, but I dropped the prescription in myself the previous week.

Poor service, waited 45 mins outside in a queue of approx 20 people luckily it didn’t rain. The waiting time is unacceptable for people who cannot stand for that length of time, whether it’s the aged or young - people do have disabilities also which aren’t always visible.

I have been to chemist every day since Monday but the no. of people outside l could not wait but today l had too over 30 minutes this chemist was the best in the area always notified when medication was ready to pick up but for the last two months no notification and one afternoon it did not open until 3.30pm. Please what is happening to our chemist.
